Terms of Use

This site introduces Asteron’s coaching services and helps you decide, at your own pace, whether the process is right for you. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.

1. What this site offers

Here you’ll find information about one-to-one sessions, packages of 4 or 8 sessions, and the introductory consultation. The content is here to inform and guide you. It does not replace psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. How we work together

Coaching is a collaborative process. You bring the issue, decision, or transition you’re facing. We offer a discreet, well-structured space, with goals set together and progress tracked between meetings. You’re responsible for your decisions, your actions, and the healthy boundaries you choose to maintain.

3. Bookings and rescheduling

Sessions take place online at a time agreed together. If you need to reschedule, let us know in advance so we can find another time together. We’ll confirm the booking details in writing before you begin.

4. Confidentiality and respect

What you discuss in sessions remains confidential, within the limits of the law. Please don’t record or share session content without our consent. How we process your data is described on our Privacy page.

5. Ownership and fair use

The text and structure of this site belong to Asteron. You may read them and share a link to them, but you may not copy them in full or use them for commercial purposes without our consent. Don’t use the site in a way that blocks or damages it, or makes it harder for other visitors to access.

6. Boundaries and ending the process

You can end our work together at any time with a simple message. We may also suggest bringing the process to a close if we see that you need a different kind of support. In either case, we’ll talk openly about the steps we’ve taken so far and bring the process to a clear close.

7. Changes to these terms

We update these terms only when needed, to make them clearer. The version displayed on this page is the one currently in force. For details about the process, read the How We Work and Frequently Asked Questions pages.
